Thank you for shopping at Padel Point Cy. Please review our return policy carefully to understand your options and how to proceed with returns.

1. Return Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • For padel rackets, returns are accepted only if the original plastic wrap on the grip has not been removed.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Used or damaged items not due to our error.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@padelpointcy.com.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process, providing you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

5. Refund or Exchange:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Exchanges will be processed promptly, and replacement items will be shipped once the returned item is received.
  • Please note that in case of a return, a fixed fee of €3.50 covering the initial delivery and packaging costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective product.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

7. Cancellations:

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
