Is PadelPointCy only an online store?

Yes. PadelPointCy operates exclusively online. This allows us to keep operations efficient and deliver products quickly across Cyprus without the need for a physical shop.

How fast is delivery?

  • Next-Day Delivery to ACS Store: If you choose delivery to your nearest ACS store, your order will usually arrive the next working day.
  • Home Delivery: Expect a slight delay compared to ACS store delivery, but still within a very short timeframe.
  • In-Stock Guarantee: Everything shown on our website is in stock and ready to ship.
  • For Greece customers ACS needs 3 business days. 

Are all products on the website available?

Yes. We don’t display items we don’t have. If it’s online, it’s in stock and available for immediate order and delivery.

Do you deliver outside of Cyprus?

Currently, we focus on fast and reliable delivery within Cyprus and Greece. If you are located abroad and wish to place an order, please contact us directly and we’ll check shipping options for you.

What brands do you carry?

We offer a wide range of leading Padel brands, including Adidas, Wilson, Head, Nox, Bullpadel, Babolat, 4ON, Siux and more. We are also the official distributor of FLOKY in Cyprus.

Can I get advice on choosing the right racket or gear?

Of course! Our team plays padel regularly and tests the products we sell. Feel free to reach out by phone, email, or social media. We’ll be happy to guide you based on your level, style, and preferences.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit/credit cards and offer secure online payment options. 

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of purchase, as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. 

Do rackets come with a cover or extras?

This depends on the brand and model. Some rackets come with a basic protective cover, while others may not. Product details on each page will specify what’s included.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

All rackets and equipment come with the official brand warranty, covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear or damage from use is not covered.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, ACS will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Do you only sell rackets?

Not at all — we offer a full range of padel equipment: rackets, balls, bags, footwear, apparel, grips, and accessories, plus selected performance and recovery products such as FLOKY, where we are the official distributor in Cyprus.
